- I enjoyed it. However, according to one saying, I should close my mouth and not say so. How then will you know how I liked it? My favorite saying is: The tau is like the emptiness of a vessel (ignorance); and in our employment of it (we create a question to guide us in filling the void).we must be on guard against all fulness (be careful of certainty because it can be a blindness; always doubt what you think you know).. There are many implications in that saying.

- This is really informative. Lao Tse's philosophy have not been as well-known as that of Confucius, for cultural and historical reasons. Great lens.

- I don't have my Tao-Te-Ching to hand, but lines from it that I have always remembered go something like "Bend with the wind, and you need not brake" and "He who feels punctured must have been a bubble". Wonderful lens!

- Well actually he did invent Taioism..
He was the teacher of Confucius. Lao Tse believed and taught that man should live in harmony with nature. Man should not fight nature and should go along with natural ways. He also believed that man should not fight wars or make too many laws. Many people today still follow Taoism and live by the teachings of Lao Tse.
