Laptop Cart-An Office on Wheels

The laptop cart has been the answer for my problems with my laptop computer. I love my laptop, just not in my lap. The dining room table is to high, I am very short, coffee table to low, I am not that short. Then I found a mobile laptop cart, end of problem. On this lens I will show you what to look for when buying the cart for your needs.

Laptop Cart-Basics

What to look for when buying a laptop cart.

1- Start by looking at the base of the cart. Stay away from those 3 leg carts, they are easy to tip over when moving. There are many models of laptop carts available with 4 or more legs to provide a very stable base.

2- Look at range of adjustments- How high or low will it go to be comfortable for you and are the adjustments easy to make.

3- Table size- Be sure the table top will fit the computer you use.

4- Assembly- Most laptop carts will require some assembly, looking at customer reviews is a good way to determine how hard it may be to put together and what tools may be needed.

5- Extra features- Does the table tilt or rotate to fit your needs. Do you need a seperate table for a mouse or an extra storage shelf.

6- Wheels- Very important! Must have large castors for mobility if you have carpeted floors.

Following this simple guideline will result in a happy purchase of a laptop cart.

I've been thinking just recently that I could really use a laptop cart. I fumble mine around on my knees when I'm watching TV with my family, but mostly I'm thinking I could use one in my new house. We'll have big porches and I've always wanted to work outside. One of your laptop carts would be a perfect solution. Thanks, Roger!
