The designers 

LaROK is a collaboration between different companies and people. The head designers of the brand are Jenna Wilson and Cary Vaughan, long time friends, and with the company since it's foundation.

LaRok is a growing brand but currently only features shorts, ladies shirts and tops, and dresses and fashion accessories with a sexy look (inspired by hippie culture and lingerie look) designed for the young women inspired by different influences.
