Natural Herbal Laser Alternative Hopeful19's Story

I've since learned that these laser's can disintegrate the NON replaceable fat underneath the skin and MANY others online have been damaged the same way. My dermo looked me in my damaged eyes and told me I had aged and handed me an eye cream.

Lucky's Story

New Victim (Lucky)
Posted by Administrator » Sat Jun 19, 2010 6:40 pmAfter that I had severe swelling for a week, and when the swelling started to subside I started noticing changes in my skin: I developed two skin depressions under both of my eyes, my cheeks "deflated", my skin is "hanging" on my face now, I look at least 10 years older that before the treatment. It seems that all of the fat and/or collagen is gone from my cheeks.
I aged 10 years in a matter of a couple of months, I am only 30...

I lknow that PDL did this to me, it seems that the laser accelerated the aging process in the treated areas (laser induced oxidative stress, DNA damage and all that). I think I look worse and worse every day.

I do not know what to do. I cannot look at myself in the mirror... because there is no "me", some other person looks back at me. I am devastated and depressed.

I feel that I have been misinformed, misled and lied to by the doctor, by laser companies..., because no one ever mentioned it that there could be such consequences. If they have all this data and choose not to share it with us before the treatment or just to ignore it, just so they could make some money- it's a crime and they should go to jail! It's one thing when someone lies to you, takes your money and runs, it's just lost money; but when that someone lies to you, takes your money and then ruins your face, it's not just the money it's your identity that is lost. That's exactly how I feel...
My doctor says that he doesn't see any difference, and yet he will not give me my "before" photos... If there is nothing to hide why not give MY photos?! And needless to say that he is the only person who doesn't see any difference, all my friends and family noticed a drastic change in my appearance.

H8s Lasers' Story
Posted by DCNGA » Tue Apr 12, 2011 5:29 pm

I've faced a daily struggle since getting lasered about 4 years ago, watching my face rapidly age as if someone took a straw and sucked all the life out of it from the top of my head to my neck. Even the skin itself has thinned and gotten delicate and crepy. My eyelids/sockets have hollowed and drooped and I'm jowly. It seems even my hair follicles were affected - my eyelashes, brows and scalp hair have gotten sparse and fragile. My face even feels weird sleeping on a pillow because there's not as much padding and I feel pressure on my cheekbones and twitching in my temples. Even my nose has gotten bony.

No doctor will agree with me that a laser is the cause and no one will take responsibility.

I was 34 when I tried lasers (thermage and IPL). I'm just now turning 38 and I see people in their 70's with thicker, plumper skin than me! It's made me severely depressed, especially being a single woman. There's not a second of any day I don't think about this...even during my sleep!

I've consulted with Dr. Ellenbogen and Dr. Romano about fat transfers but didn't feel they offered the solution I was hoping for. I've read about Dr. Donofrio and have read the horror stories along with the success stories.

I'm completely out of hope but am thankful for the support of this board. If any of you have had a success story, I'd love to hear them!

Lisa's Story
Posted by Lisa » Sun Apr 17, 2011 6:47 am

My doctor suggested a series of IPL's - 4 over a period of three months. I had never heard about IPL before and was told it was no risk and great for the skin. I had one procedure and after 3 weeks my skin started burning from the inside. I had no idea what this was. It took a few days before I googled "IPl " and "side effects" - then I got it. To make a long story short - I lost fat in my whole face, got scars, dry skin, wrinkles all over and my eyes were inflammed. The doctor did not use eye protection. Of course I had no furhter IPL's.

Now one year later I have gone through the most difficult time of my life. My face has changed, my eyes are troubled and I can no longer be in the sun. I have seen a number of doctors and they all say " IPL can not do this".

I am planning to move on and repair my face somehow, but I need to wait until it has settled.

Life goes on and you learn to live with this.

Laser and IPL Devices

Laser and IPL devices used for cosmetic purposes have caused extensive damage to the skin of numerous people. Many have been disfigured and some have even sustained nerve damage and disability. Numerous peer reviewed studies attest to the dangers of these cosmetic devices yet the public is not informed of these dangers. The science behind these devices is sketchy and many devices made it to market before they were thoroughly checked for safety. While the lasers and IPL devices are "FDA approved" this claim doesn't mean much as far as public health and safety are concerned. If you are harmed by a device you have lost the power to sue the manufacturer thanks to a decision made by the U.S. Supreme court. Please avoid cosmetic devices for your own health, safety and well-being. Nobody is looking out for your welfare but you. If you have already been exposed and suspect damage we have tried some therapies that have been helpful. Please visit http://iplandlaserdamagesupport.prophpbb.com/topic190.html

Permanent Hair remover is HairyCure 's herbal alternative to Laser.
It is painless, easy to use product in oil form.
Massage it on the area, leave it for some time and then wash it away, very simple.
Safe with no harmful side effects, but it even heals
