WOMEN have you made a man suffer cause he forgot a special day?

I have heard many stories of revenge revolving around this. Including but not limited to car scratching, tire slashing, slapping, screaming, throwing things, and even cheating. Is that a good enough reason to end a relationship? But to what extent is a person allowed to take their frustrations, how far is too far to retaliate against someone physically or emotionally just because they forgot to acknowledge a date. Does that mean that they don't care about you or that it's your birthday or valentines day or any of the dozens of holidays that people , ( many times single lol) call "Hallmark Holidays". I think to a certain extent many holidays have lost their original meanings or purpose, many times people aren't just looking forward to say, celebrating their birthday but instead are wishing that they get material things on that day and even in many cases feel as if it is as a MUST that everyone stop to acknowledge that moment. We don't look forward to Christmas we look forward to Christmas presents, or any other religious holiday you may celebrate like that***.
