Or maybe your thinking about binging on food and then reguritating it. Another no no as it wrecks your insides and then when you do it you will more than likely gain weight easily.
You should never lose more than 2 to 5 pounds a week as this is unhealthy. As long as your last minute weight loss requires no more than this if you just concentrate on healthy eating and exercising your last minute weight loss will become a reality..
