Why Last Minute weight loss can be risky

As most of us most probably know last minute weight loss can be very risky. Today you will learn the ways not to lose weight.

If you are thinking about trying weight loss pills thinking that they will help you lose weight quickly then yes you are right but at what cost? One of the ways these tablets do it is to speed up your heart and metabolism. Speeding up your heart is not good for your health as it can cause strokes and in some cases heart attacks.

I personally tried an appetite suppressant pill thinking this would help me - how wrong was I. I was starving my body of nutrients that it needed. Just drinking a glass of water may suppress your appetite and you may not find your self hungry the reason
for this is that most people are actually thirsty and not hungry but dont know how to tell the difference.

Maybe your thinking that not eating would help you. Sorry not a good choice again as when you do go to eat your body will be use to not eating and may reject any food that you eat plus it goes into starvation mode which means that anything you eat later on will be stored as fat as it is not use to having food. It will continue for a period afterwards and you may find yourself weighing more than before you started. You also are not getting the nutrients to help you with your weight loss. Or maybe your thinking about binging on food and then reguritating it. Another no no as it wrecks your insides and then when you do it you will more than likely gain weight easily.

You should never lose more than 2 to 5 pounds a week as this is unhealthy. As long as your last minute weight loss requires no more than this if you just concentrate on healthy eating and exercising your last minute weight loss will become a reality..

The best program I found to lose weight is strip that fat because it tailors a diet plan to my likes and I know what I am having on a daily basis. It also strips unwanted fat and helps you eat healthily which should enable you to lose weight and keep it off. If you want enjoyable last minute weight loss try strip that fat.
