High rise condos in Las Vegas

Over the last several years, Las Vegas has been growing up. There have always been high rise condos in Las Vegas since the 70's. The Marie Antoinette, Las Vegas Country Club and others have been around. The demand for such housing was minimal.  All that changed in 2003 when Turnberry Place was launched.  Now there are more than a dozen high rise condos being developed in and around the Las Vegas strip, with more planned. This past May I was interviewed by Jane Wells of CNBC about the market, its future and current projects.  Over the years I've developed relationships with builders and have information available on my site about the most popular Las Vegas high rise condos as well as those that aren't advertised as much. Las Vegas High Rise Condos

Here are the current Las Vegas high rise condos available for sale. Both resale and new construction condos are available. There are several on and around the Las Vegas strip to choose from, as well as projects in different parts of the Las Vegas valley.

Allure Condos
Allure will consist of two 40 story luxury condominium towers on Sahara avenue overlooking the Las Vegas strip. These condos were designed for the discriminating and demanding buyer. Allure is located on Sahara, just a short walk from the strip.
Boca Raton Condos
Boca Raton is located just a few miles south of the Las Vegas strip and will consist of four seven story mid-rise buildings with two, two story underground parking garages.
Cielo Vista Condos
Cielo Vista is a mixed-use, high rise project located on the corner of East Washington Avenue and Veterans Memorial Drive, just one block from Las Vegas boulevard and ten blocks from Fremont Street. The Cielo Vista tower will be 25 stories, with the first floor used for retail space.
CityCenter
Project CityCenter will feature 4 residential condo buildings on the Las Vegas strip. Billed as a "city within a city", Citycenter will feature uprecendented access to entertainment, art, dining and other recreation and living. Construction is underway and this is a GREEN project.
Club Renaissance
Club Renaissance Las Vegas will be located on the corner of Casino Center Boulevard and Bonneville Street. Club Renaissance is being marketed as a vertical country club, with units being designed towards young working professionals.
Echelon Condos
Echelon Las Vegas will be located in the masterplanned community of Centennial Hills, just off of N Durango, near the I95 and I215 freeway junction. There will be a total of 372 mid-rise condos including some penthouse units.
Las Vegas Central
Las Vegas Central will feature two 40 story towers on the site of the former Kona Loha apartments. The project is being developed by Bruce Langson, a 3rd generation Las Vegas builder.
One Las Vegas
One Las Vegas will be located on Shelbourne avenue. The project will consist of five buildings and will be on the south end of the Las Vegas strip within 10 minutes of McCarran International Airport.
One Queensridge Place
One Queensridge Place Las Vegas will be located on the southwest corner of Rampart Boulevard and Alta Drive in the master planned community of Queensridge, part of Peccole Ranch adjacent to Summerlin. One Queensridge Place will consist of three 18 story high rise buildings and one 14 story building constructed in two phases. This is one of the most luxurious high rise communities available.
Panorama Towers
Panorama Towers will be located on 10 acres at Harmon and Dean Martin Dr, just 1/4 mile from the Las Vegas strip with sweeping views of the Las Vegas skyline and surrounding mountains. Several celebrities have purchased units here.
Palms Place Condos
Palms Place will be located on on the far west end of the Palms casino property and will be connected to the Palms via a 300 foot glass enclosed elevated moving walkway. Palms Place tower will be 49 stories high and will have a total of 599 units for sale. Construction is underway.
Park Avenue
Conveniently located within five miles of McCarran International Airport and the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, this 24 hour guard-gated community consists of 20 residential buildings. Resales are usually available.
Park Towers
Park Towers is located in the Hughes Center overlooking the Las Vegas Strip within 10 minutes of McCarren International Airport and some the city's finest shopping (The Forum and Fashion Show mall are within walking distance) and dining.
MGM Grand Condos
This new project by the renowned developer Turnberry Associates will be the first condominium-hotel complex on the famed Las Vegas Strip.
Sky Las Vegas
Sky Las Vegas will be located on Las Vegas Boulevard(strip) next to the Sahara resort hotel. Construction is well underway and there are still units available.
Streamline Tower
Streamline Tower is a luxury high rise tower located in downtown Las Vegas on Las Vegas boulevard. Streamline Tower will feature condos with unobstructed views of the strip and the surrounding mountains.
Cosmopolitan Condos
The Cosmopolitan will be located on the Las Vegas strip next to the Bellagio. The building will be 61 stories with approximately 1400 condominiums for sale (condo hotels).
Platinum Condos
The Platinum luxury condominium resort hotel is located at 211 East Flamingo Road, just off the Las Vegas Strip, one block from Bellagio and Caesars Palace, with stunning views of the fabulous Las Vegas Strip. Resales are currently available.
Trump Towers Las Vegas
Trump Tower Las Vegas will be located on Las Vegas Boulevard(strip) directly adjacent to the Fashion Show mall.
Turnberry Place Condos
Turnberry Place - At the corner of Paradise Road and Riviera Boulevard, directly across from the Las Vegas Hilton, and across the street from other ultra-luxurious condominiums.
Turnberry Towers
Turnberry Towers will be located on Paradise Road, next to the Hilton resort hotel. Each tower will be 45 stories high, and will offer one, two and three bedroom luxury condos and penthouses.
Stephanie Village
Formerly known as 17th and Vine in Henderon. Construction on Stephanie Village has already commenced. This mid-rise project is will be mixed use, offering wonderful residences with retail conveniences in the same community.

High Rise market 

Despite the cooling of the housing market, high rises are still going strong in Las Vegas. Demand is steady, even with the release of re-sale units from several completed projects.
