Las Vegas Strip High Rise Condos
These properties are actually located on Las Vegas Boulevard, the segment popularly known as the Las Vegas strip. The "strip" is locally defined starting at Las Vegas blvd and Tropicana down to Sahara Avenue.
- Cosmopolitan Las Vegas
- The Cosmopolitan will be located on the strip next to the Bellagio. Construction is underway in to separate phases, with the first phase nearly completion.
- Sky Las Vegas
- Sky Las Vegas is located on the strip across from the Sahara. The building has topped off and construction should be completed soon. There are still a few units available.
- CityCenter
- CityCenter will be a city within a city located on 76 acres between the Monte Carlo and the Bellagio. There will be four residential high rise condos available.
High rise condos - off strip
- Allure Las Vegas
- Allure is located just off of the strip, on Sahara Avenue. The project will consist of two high rise towers. Construction on the first tower should be completed around the end of 2007.
- MGM Signature
- MGM Grand Signature (formerly known as Residences) are located on the backlot of the MGM Grand resort property. The project consists of three high rise towers. Construction should be completed soon.
- Turnberry Place Las Vegas
- Turnberry Place consists of four high rise buildings. Construction on the last tower has been completed and resales are usually available.
- Turnberry Towers Las Vegas
- Turnberry Towers is another project by Turnberry Associates. The project consists of two high rise towers and is located next to the Las Vegas Hilton. Construction is proceeding and tower one has topped off.
- Panorama Towers
- Panorama Towers are located on 10 acres at Harmon and Dean Martin Dr, just 1/4 mile from the Las Vegas strip with sweeping views of the Las Vegas skyline and surrounding mountains.
Las Vegas Boulevard South
These properties are located on Las Vegas Boulevard south of the "strip" area.
Las Vegas Boulevard stretches for miles, although the section known commonly as the strip is just over 3 miles long. As more resorts are built on Las Vegas Boulevard I'm sure what is known as the "strip" will expand to encompass these new developments.
- Manhattan Las Vegas
Manhattan condos and lofts in Las Vegas. This is the only project in Las Vegas to feature both lofts and condos in the same community. Construction completed this year and there are a few new units and resales available.
- One Las Vegas high rise luxury condos
One Las Vegas will consist of five high rise buildings on Shelbourne and Las Vegas Boulevard. There are new units still available.
- Park Avenue luxury condos
Park Avenue is located adjacent to the Manhattan on Las Vegas Boulevard and E Agate. At build out, the community will have 20 residential buildings. Both new and resale units are available.
- Boca Raton Condos
Boca Raton is mid-rise luxury condo community located on the south strip. Condo sizes start at 585 square feet to over 2,300 square feet.
