How to Make a Latte Macchiato

Don't be intimidated by the name. As fancy as the name latte macchiato sounds, it is really very easy to make. All you need is a tall glass to make it in, some cold milk, and freshly ground espresso. And, of course, an espresso machine.

Brew a fresh shot of espresso on your espresso machine. Create some foam by steaming your cold milk in a pitcher to 160°. Spoon the foam into your glass until it is almost all of the way full, letting the foam settle for a moment. Then slowly pour the espresso into the glass over the backside of a spoon to make a layered effect. You've now made your own latte macchiato!

Ingredients: 1 Serving of Gevalia Latte (1 espresso T DISC + 1 milk creamer T DISC)

Directions:
Prepare one Gevalia Latte Milk Creamer T DISC in a clear heatproof glass. Then prepare a Gevalia Latte Espresso T DISC in the same glass, and watch as the rich espresso blends with the milk creamer.
