Laugh your stress away!
Laughter is a great stress reliever. Believe it or not,
you can laugh, even when there is nothing to laugh at.
The body does not need a humor stimulus in order to
laugh. Laughter is a physical mechanism which can be
started at will. Let me show you how!

Benefits of Laughter

Laughter is truly the best medicine.

Laughter provides immeasurable benefits to the body and mind. Laughing gives your internal organs a gentle but effective workout. It aerates your blood, oxygenates your brain, and improves your circulation. This helps to lower blood pressure.

Laughing boosts your mood, as well as your immune system. It brightens your outlook and reduces stress. It helps you cope, and it gives you hope for a better future.

Laughing with someone else creates a bond between you. Laughter is universal, and a necessary part of daily life. Laughter increases your self-confidence.

So laugh for no reason, and laugh every day!

Laugh for no reason

You can laugh even when you don't feel like it.

Laughter is a purely physical process. While it is often stimulated by humor or something funny, it doesn't have to be. You can start laughing even if there is nothing funny going on.

Pretend you're an actor, and your part is that you must laugh. Just do it. It might sound fake at first, but you'll be surprised how quickly you can turn it into genuine laughter.

If nothing else, you'll probably start laughing at yourself.
