Create a laundry center in your home!

Even if you don't totally hate doing the laundry, you'll absolutely love doing the laundry more if you have a great landry center to work in. Here's a few laundry room ideas to help improve the space that you must visit several times a week, or maybe even several times a day!

1. An all in one roll away laundry center can make wash day easier on your feet and back because it contains everything you'll need all in one place.

2. A sorting hamper when used correctly makes it easy to grab your laundry to go right into the washing machine, making your job a little bit quicker. Add up all of those minutes you used to spend sorting clothes on wash day and you'll probably find an extra hour at the end of the month to spend on something way more fun than sorting dirty socks.

3. No matter how large or small your laundry room is, be sure to paint it a bright happy color that you love. Looking at a color you love while doing the laundry can help you keep your smile on all the way through the rinse cycle.

4. Don't waste money on low quality laundry center items that will only need to be replaced quickly. Spending a few dollars more now, on high quality laundry center products will ultimately save you money and time in the long run.

I would like to have one of those retro laundry umbrella type dryers for the backyard. They don't take up nearly as much room as a traditional clothesline.

Maybe I wouldn't mind doing laundry so much if I had some of these conveniences. I found discounted Laundry Parts and accessories online and was able to fix my washer at half the price of a professional. Now I can "spiff" up my laundry room.

Sorting your clothes each day is much easier than on laundry day. Would love to have a simpler version like the caddies rather than 3 baskets! :)

I love my three bag laundry sorter with the hanging rack over it. It's easy to tell when I have a load of whites or darks or mediums ready to go when the section is full. As the clothes come out of the dryer, I put them on hangers right away. No shoving the dry clothes in a basket to get all wrinkled.
