Honestly, you only need a great writing pen, 3-5 spiral notebooks, time and an open mind. Of course, you can purchase many great items that can really help this process. My personal favorite and a must for all is the spiral notebook. You do not need to spend a lot of money . . . just be sure you can turn the pages easily.

One of the easiest ways to improve the way you feel about any subject or person is to keep a notebook of positive aspects. This can be any spiral notebook that you feel comfortable writing in. Spend time each day writing down what you find positive about a person or situation. In the beginning it is best to start with a subject that you do not have many negative feelings.

You will find the more items you list the more will come to you. In as little as 5 minutes you can change your vibrational energy with respect to that item. This is a great way to align your vibrations with your inner source.
