How do you know when to lead and when to follow? What is the differerence between leadership for implementation and leadership for innovation? This lens explores the proposition that we are all leader-followers acting to either innovate or implement. Each feature of the model, Leadership for Collaboration for Innovation, is illustrated and described using selected posts from the blog, The Leader-Follower. There are five sections to this lense, interspersed with illustrative graphics, each building upon the other: Introduction, Practices, Outcomes, Values/Drivers and Conclusions. Comments on the blog entries are very welcome.
