What Causes Leaky Gut Syndrome?
If you suffer from Leaky Gut Disease (aka Leaky Gut Syndrome), you have probably asked yourself "Why?" about a million times. How did you "get" this? What caused it?

Improving Your Digestion
If you want to improve your digestion, there are a few things your should start doing:

- Take smaller bites and chew your food thoroughly,
- Take a digestive enzyme,
- Add fiber -- soluble and insoluble -- to your diet, and
- Take a quality probiotic.
A few things you should consider stopping doing are:
- Drinking lots of cold liquids with meals,
- Overeating, and
- Eating when your are stressed.
Changing Your Diet
A lot of what we consume in our Western diet is lacking in nutrients, but - what's more - many of the things we eat and drink can actually irritate and damage the lining of the intestine.

And although not technically a part of your diet, both prescription and OTC drugs can sometimes damage the gut.
Needless to say, you should always consult with a medical doctor before changing your medical regime in any way.
