burn the fat, IS CARDIO THE BEST WAY?

Is cardio excersize the best way to get rid of fat?For those people who spend hours upon hours jogging ,guess what,research shows that cardio is not the best way to rid your body of fat!

Thats right!you people who spend time running miles upon miles every week are not doing the best thing to get lean and ripped.Now bfore all you people who run marathons that are about to let lose your rants upon me,I am not saying that distance running is bad if thats what you like to do.But if you want the best wat to burn fat quickly while maintaining muscle intense Interval training is the best way to go.

I find short sprints up hill is the best for me ,but you have to sprint nearly full out,then after the sprint walk for about 30 seconds to a minute(and those of you in good cardio shape jog for that 30 seconds to a minute) and then sprint again, do this for about 15 minutes a day instead of your regulard indurance trainning and see if you dont lose more fat,and best of all keep that hard muscle that gives you that lean, ripped, hard body look you are striving for!
