Financial Literacy Can Be Fun!
Playing the Cashflow game is a way to learn more about money: how it works, and how to use it.
Cashflow 101
is a board game for adults and kids over 14 years old. There are also versions for younger kids, and an electronic version. This game will spark different ideas about money, a different perspective compared to your concepts of cash before playing this game. Many people did not get much education when it came to handling money...they were just thrown into the pool!.
We've heard good things about Cashflow from other players. Some people we know even formed a group to get together and play every week.
Turning financial concepts into a game helps you learn in a competitive but fun environment. Practice with play money, when your mistakes won't harm your real income statement!

What Is The Cashflow Game?
USA Today has called this game "Monopoly on Steroids."
Cashflow is an educational board game, developed by Robert Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad. This game puts the players into simulations of real life financial situations, and offers strategies to help them win by leaving the Rat Race and moving up to the Fast Track, where you put money to work for you.
Cashflow was developed as an interactive financial education tool, to teach through doing. A game is one way to practice new ideas and skills in an enjoyable way.
The game includes a board, game pieces, dice, cards, play money and instructions. There are no CDs with this version of the game. (Prior versions included both CDs and a video to explain the background behind the game.)

Cashflow Game Reviews
"I have now played this game at least 20 times and have shared it with over 30 people. EVERYONE loves it! Even when it brings up unpleasant things for them. They all see the value of continuously playing this game and how it can improve their lives. I highly recommend this game to anyone who has any interest at all in improving the state of their finances."
When I was a kid, we used to play Monopoly or Canasta during the Christmas school break, and sometimes during summer vacation as well.
The Cashflow game came along many years later, in 1996. We're making up for that now, learning a new game and some new ways to think about money.
