One of the major health challenges of this time is fatness or excess body weight which is the consequence of our lethargic life style, over eating as well as consumption of unhealthy food. The abdomen gets a big portion of the excess flab that is deposited within our body. This is not just horrible looking but also an invite to a host of life risking conditions.

There are 2 kinds of belly fats - Subcutaneous and visceral fats. Subcutaneous fat is deposited straight under the stomach skin where as visceral fat lies below the stomach muscles. These are a key health threat to your body and gives open invitation to a sequence of diseases like heart diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, sleep apnea, various forms of cancer, and other degenerative diseases. The visceral fat is even more dangerous for your health which releases molecules that causes inflammation resulting in heart diseases.

So the only method to get fit and healthy is through getting rid of the fat around your stomach. You will not just look and feel excellent but also live more. There are absolutely no effortless ways to achieving your goal. You really ought to exercise. But you must select the right method.

Recent experiments have found that stress is also a factor in developing unwanted fats at the core. A hormone named cortisol is released when you are stressed or tensed and this ultimately leads to fat deposit around the core. So it is always recommended to prevent it rather than struggling to find a way out to eliminate it. So in order to stay healthier, it is always recommended to put your life on a healthier track by eating fresh unprocessed food, working out daily about half an hour atleast and most importantly have an optimistic approach towards your life.

There is absolutely no short cut to work outs and consistency for achieving a healthy looking body. And for me, none of the regular exercise patterns like sit ups or other usual cardio work outs did any good to be frank.

But I must tell you that I was saved by one of my best friends who told me about a program which gave him good results. I was pretty convinced with the what he got from it.
