Online marketing - a great way to make money online!
I joined some online marketing affiliate programs years ago, put the links on my sites, and made a small bit of money. I was so NOT impressed with my income... but worked on it while having to work in a restaurant.
Then the recession came and I lost that job ... and was able to spend a lot more time online learning how to make money over the internet. I made a fair bit with AdSense on my sites, and Squidoo (this lovely site you're reading from now.) Finally I'm able to work at home and make enough money that I'm not broke all the time, and all my bills are paid.
This year I've undertaken a study of how to make affiliate program advertising offers work to make a lot more money than I ever have in the past. On this page I'm organizing my links and new marketing ideas I've been presented with. I hope you'll find this resource page helpful - and it will be if you're a novice online marketing entrepreneur.

My motivation for learning online marketing
...I need to be an expert online marketer so I can teach these skills to others.
I have a goal. I want to be able to teach people in my very small town how to make money online. Especially young folks. I would like for them to be able to develop a sustainable business that brings money into this community... so they can be self-sufficient and leave welfare behind.
I would very much like to buy a building in which I could hold workshops and have a small business incubator - where they could work on their computers together and I could be their mentor, to encourage and educate them. For this, I need money, lots of it... and I'm expecting my online marketing to provide the funds we need to make this online small business incubator facility happen.
So now I need to know more about online marketing and every other avenue of creating online income streams, so I can share these with the people I seek to serve.

- I began my first online business venture in 1998.. starting out with only one website. In the years since that time.. I have branched out and now own several highly successful websites. I have been earning 100% of my income online for the past several years.
To those with a desire to build a successful online business .. if you are willing to put forth the effort to succeed .. DO NOT GIVE UP! The rewards can be absolutely life changing!!
