Learn to Dance Like the Stars
You can become the couple everyone at the dance club or party envies and get in shape while doing it.
Learning these fabulous dance steps is really easier than it looks. All you really need is some good instruction and an hour or two a week. There are places in just about every city where you can take lessons for anywhere from $55.00 to $125.00 per lesson. Now taking lessons with strangers can be a little intimidating. That's what kept me from it for years. I would have more luck getting my husband to the opera than to public dance classes. Not that he isn't adventurous, but the idea of being a pigeon toed, knock kneed gazelle on display at dance class doesn't have a lot of appeal to him or probably to anyone. But there are alternatives that work really well and are a lot less expensive. Sample of "learning to dance"
There's a better way to Learn to Dance.
You can save money, bring on the romance and get in shape this winter while having a great time, and you can do it in privacy of your own home.
Instant downloads on the internet and DVDs have made it possible to learn how to dance from "Dancing with the Stars" pro Louis van Amstil at your own pace. He has put together what appears to be the best deal on the internet for anyone wanting to learn. Learning ballroom dance is challenging however he makes it really easy and the confidence, grace, a few really good belly laughs, weight loss and fitness aspect will all be worth it. Not to mention the romantic fun you will have with your partner. The first dance we plan to learn is the waltz. I've always been infatuated with the graceful, flowing movement. It reminds me of Ret and Scarlet. (I've also heard it's great for trimming the thighs!) Maybe you want to learn the Salsa or Cha Cha. Our Saturday night plan is to dress up, have a candlelight dinner and spend the evening learning to dance. (Think of all the cool dresses you can by with the money you are saving staying home). I'm really looking forward to this winter and I am not a winter person. Heck maybe someday we'll score a perfect 30. At least in our own minds.
