Article Marketing 101 %u2013 5 Ways To Improve Your Article Writing
How can you improve your writing skills?
This first tip is simple. Write. The more you write, the better you will become at it. You can try writing everything possible, even if it is not something you will publish for income. Just writing hones your skills and will improve your writing techniques as well as how quickly you can create it.
Read. All great writers have an interest in reading. By taking in others ideas and techniques you'll quickly adapt your own to help you create better content, quicker. Plus, it can be a refreshing break for you mind to take in content instead of being the one to create it.
Start with your title. Sometimes the best way to get those creative juices flowing, is by starting off with the title. Not only will it get your brain working, trying to correlate ideas that work with the title, it also gives you an idea of what you will include in your article.
Forget keywords. Too often online writers place so much focus on the keywords that they force them into the article. They create sub par content by ensuring those keywords are there exactly where everyone says they should be. If you write to keep your reader interested and fully explain the concept, your keywords or similar keywords will find their own way into your writing. And it won't sound forced or coerced. Leading to a better quality piece, meant to help the reader instead of writing for the search engines.
Now this one may seem like an odd tip, but it really can help. Change your location. Sometimes our writing goes stale because we are too accustomed to our space, to our environment and we become complacent. Change your location and you may very well find your writing reflects it. They say variety is the spice of life, it can be the spice of writing as well.
Hopefully, these 5 tips help you improve your writing and create more interesting articles that entrap your readers and keep them reading right to the very end.
Passion Or Profit?
When you write do you do it for passion or profit?

I love passion. Everything I write is written with passion...
tiffanytruly says:
Passion first and then profit.
Bea_Gabrielle says:
I would say both!
Profit! Show me the money!
LusUfo says:
both of it :)
Better to write for yourself and have no public, than to write for the public and have no self.
Cyril Connolly
A word is not the same with one writer as with another. One tears it from his guts. The other pulls it out of his overcoat pocket.
~Charles Peguy
Some Great Books To Help You Make Money With Writing
And by the way, everything in life is writable about if you have the outgoing guts to do it, and the imagination to improvise. The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.

- An effective short story covers a very short time span. It may be one single event that is momentous in the life of your main character or the story may take place in a single day or even an hour.

- It's tempting to use your short story to show off your talents at characterisation, descriptive writing, dialogue or whatever ... But every excess word is a word that dilutes the impact of your story.

- Every piece of writing must have a message or thread of meaning running through it, and this theme is the skeleton or framework on which you hang your plot, characters, setting etc.

- Hey! I also write, not only short stories, but also poems. Those tips are really good and I use them aswell. They really work!
I like to read and by reading a lot of books I get an idea, what to write. I write down everything I remember, every feeling I have at the moment I am writing. I add the title in the end, but it's ok if you write it at the start.
And the most important tip is that you have to believe in yourself.
You have to be confident and hard-working. Every succes comes after hard work. :)

The act of putting pen to paper encourages pause for thought, this in turn makes us think more deeply about life, which helps us regain our equilibrium.

Writing For Others
There's no doubt about it, one of the best ways to make money online with writing is by writing content for others. This can be in the form of articles, reports or even full fledged books. You can create so many things with the written word, that people want to buy, you can literally write till your hearts content and fill your bank account while you do it!
Check out below for some great tips on how to do this!
Substitute "damn" every time you're inclined to write "very;" your editor will delete it and the writing will be just as it should be.
~Mark Twain
Ghostwriting? Article Writing?
You can ghostwrite (actually, any form of the following things would be considering ghostwriting) which means you're writing articles, reports and even books for others, and they can then turn around, add their name to the content and claim themselves as author. This can be a quick way to profit, especially if you are good at what you are doing and make a name for yourself. As more and more people realize the potential power of having a book written and published, there are more and more possible clients for the ghostwriter.
Another way you can write for others is through things like guest blogging. You write an article or post, they post it to their site with your name as author and a link back to your site.
Writing PLR articles. This is a set of articles that the buyer can change and modify according to their wants and needs to make it something unique and their own. Sometimes your name will be kept, othertimes the buyer will publish the writings with their name as author. (As set out in the terms of sale.)
Hopefully these ideas will help get you started on your way to expanding your writing, and making some money from doing it.
Fill your paper with the breathings of your heart.
~William Wordsworth
