I quit smoking regular cigs two years ago after finding what I consider to be the best electric cigarette. Once you find the right one, it's easy to quit!

E cigarettes are amazing, I think the best way to quit smoking. But it's good to compare different brands as the quality can be totally different.Here's one other site that gives good overview of different brands - E Cigarette Reviews

I found Blu Cigs actually helped me quit smoking all together. I had been a hardcore smoker ( 1 pack a day of marlboro reds) and eventually switched over to a lower dosage of nicotine e cigs. After a couple of months and when my cartridges ran out, I purchased a new set of non-nicotine cartridges and used those. I don't feel the urges to smoke anymore and I can say that I am much better off without my addiction to cigarettes. :)

I managed to quit smoking 2 years ago, and i was a heavy smoker, but when i was told i need to take a complex surgery and the fact that i was a smoker will get my survival chances down with 30%, i realized how stupid i've been - not to mention that my private health insurance didn't cover for this cos i was a smoker. Anyway, it's been 2 years since than, but i still feel the need to lit up a cig - so i found this blu cig and belive me, when i see smoke coming out my mouth i feel much better.

In fact, the vapor produced by the e cig is so passive that you are able to use the e cig anywhere, regardless of anti-smoking laws, because the vapor isn't considered secondhand smoke. Home, the office, restaurants, the pub, and even airplanes? you can use your e cigarette practically anywhere. The vapor is also odorless, which means you and your surroundings will never smell like smoke and be offensive to other people.

In my opinion Electronic Cigarette is very helpful for those who want to quit smoking and very effective as well. i hope others figure this out and make best out of it
