Every part of the human body can be lumped into a system and every system supports another system.
Breaking down the entirety of the human body into systems will ease your mind by breaking it into smaller, short term goals instead of an overwhelming thought of learning it all. Every time you master a system you will have a well defined goal under your belt.
Most importantly, don't forget to positively reinforce yourself after each victory. Train your brain to keep going. Treat yourself for a goal attained and you will be ready to take on the next system and the next and the next!

You could have the most amazing anatomy teacher in the world but where is he or she at ten o'clock at night when you are trying to figure out the difference between medial, lateral, deep, superficial, distal, proximal and everything in between?
