Tired of Private Lessons?
As I mentioned above, private guitar lessons are great, but having a private teacher is expensive. 30 minute guitar lessons can cost upwards of $18. at 4 lessons a month that's $864 a year. And if you plan to take guitar lessons for 10-20 years, that's $8640-$17280 just to learn to play an instrument!I was fed up with private guitar lessons due to the strict schedule, the short lessons, and high prices. That's when I discovered how I could take guitar lessons from home without paying weekly for a private instructor, and learning when I wanted to.
Learning Guitar from Home
I discovered online guitar courses, video lessons, and huge resources of learning material for guitar tab, scales, chords, special guitar techniques, and styles.
The guitar course, called Jamorama and is taught by an experienced guitar teacher, Ben Edwards. With hundreds of lessons available in video format online, and the resources above available online, I could learn at my leisure. With these great resources online, there's no reason to pay $30 or $40 for books in music stores covering the same material. Not only that, but Jamorama also puts other tools like GuitEarIt, ear training software, and Jayde Musica Pro at your disposal.
