I have been doing magic now for over 8 years.  At first I was horrible and got so nervous. When i first started to learn to do magic tricks my hands shook and I kept messing up.  But with the help of some books and gaining confidence in my moves, I was able to learn to do magic tricks and impress all my friends. 

When you are done reading this, not only will you learn to do magic tricks, you will learn how to capture your nerves so they do not get in the way.

 

Learn To Do Magic Tricks: Do As I Do 

The easy trick that is guarenteed to impress anyone you perform it for

Do as I do is a trick that stumped many of the greatest magicians. It even tricked Winston Churchill! The great part about this trick is that it is so simple. If you can look at a card and remember it for 2 minutes, you will be able to do this trick. in order to do this trick you will need two decks of cards. Your spectator chooses what deck they want. You tell your spectator to do everything exactly the same as you. You spread the cards out and you each choose one card. Keeping it hidden you put it back in the deck. You then switch decks and find your card. You put your cards down on the table and they are the same card!

Learn To Do Magic Tricks: It's In The Numbers 

A trick that will get some laughs

This is a fun little trick to do that makes your spectators think you messed up, but then when the trick is over you get the final laugh. When i first started to learn to do magic tricks this is one of the first tricks i learned. You have the spectator choose a card, they put it back in the deck and you shuffle it. You then tell the spectator that their card will be flipped over in the deck. You spread the cards out and there is a card flipped over, but it is not their card. They think you messed up. But if the card that is flipped over is a 5, you count over 5 cards and reveal it is their card.
