The Balducci levitation is a wonderful, versatile trick that you can perform anywhere, without any extra props.  However, it's very important that you control what parts of your body the audience sees.

  This trick is one that's called "angle sensitive" because of this requirement.  You must turn so that the audience can only see your left foot and heel, and the back of your right heel.  They will assume that whatever is happening to your right heel must be occurring in the right toe as well. 

Magic tricks hinge on misdirecting the audience, so that it appears you are doing the impossible.  Since most audiences really want to believe, they will happily follow a clever misdirection.

Once you've perfected showing  yourself at the correct angle, practice rising on your right toe.  You must keep your heels together, and make sure that you don't rise too far.  Doing so will expose the fact that your right toe is still on the ground.  Do not perform this trick for too long at once stretch, or you will risk the audience seeing what is going on.
