You will love it when you learn to type
Everyday millions of people all around the world have access to computers. But do you know how much of them know typing? I can say for sure that not many of them do.
Have you ever tried to learn to type with your ten fingers?
Are you tired of typing with your two index fingers every time and also looking at the keyboard while typing?
If you want to learn to type then I have the solution. You don't have to go to any typing institute or buy some typing software, you can start right now on your computer. It is completely free but lemme tell you some things before showing it to you.
First thing is that learning to type requires really hard work, persistence and patience.
When I started to learn typing I just left it after doing some lessons but then I started again and learnt some more but due to the errors and frustration I left it again.
But then I understood the way it feels when you can type without seeing the keyboard and using all your fingers. So I started it again and continued till I learnt.
Why don't people learn?
2)Don't understand the value of time.
3)Don't want to do hard work to learn something.
4)Cannot keep up with the course. Many will give up half way due to frustration.
5)Think that they can type faster than those who know typing.
Uses of Typing
2)You can type more.
3)You can earn more money.
4)You don't have to look at the keyboard.
5)The frustration that occurs when you look at the keyboard and use two fingers to type decreases.
Now the Real thing.
Learn to type
Then install Yesolo which has a total of 100 lessons of which 40 can be used free. For using the remaining you should purchase the software .To avoid this the Stamina typing tutor is useful.
Start with Yesolo. It consists of large amount of reading material and adequate exercises. It also gives good advice on various aspects of typing such as posture and how your mind should be focused for learning to typing. Many people would just want to skip the reading part and jump straight into the typing part. Trust me, it is not a good idea. You will just waste your time doing that. Instead just read the material which contains useful information as well as good jokes to make you feel comfortable.
Read all the stuff and complete all the exercises. After each exercise you will be given a grade according to your performance. If you are starting the first time you will get C or D grade. I would suggest you to practice and try to get the grade as B or A which is the best.
After completing all the exercises you will be able to type the home row (i.e., the row containing ASDFGHJKL) with ease. If you feel like doing the exercises again, do them, it will only improve you. During these exercises if you feel frustrated play some typing games which will relieve the tension.
After completing Yesolo lessons, start the Stamina typing tutor. This one contains exercises for all the letters, numbers and special symbols. Do some exercises daily for half an hour and try to minimize the errors. Do all the alphabets first, the numbers and special symbols can be done later. After becoming good at typing all the alphabets go for the phrases mode where you can type several sentences. This will help you to improve your typing speed and will make you efficient at typing.
As you go on practicing you will feel that you are typing slowly but your speed will be the same as before. This indicates that you can now step up and increase your speed some more. If you keep up the pace and type 4 to 5 days a week you will increase your speed in just 3 to 4 months. Mind it that this will happen if you do it regularly. If you just leave the exercises in the middle then come back after a gap then you will have to spend some time to become better again.I did the mistake and when I came after a gap I had to redo some of the exercises again which wasted my time.So don't do this mistake.

- I like typing. Learning it was not easy - but now I like it. Typing is my "destressing" mechanism. It was my mother who encouraged me to learn the proper way of tying. I want to improve my typing speed,it feel nice to type faster - It saves me lots of time and NO break in the thinking process.
