Leasing Lawyer? What's that?

Proposed commercial leases are almost always one-sided. I am an attorney that loves drafting and improving them. I particularly enjoy leveling the playing field for my client by drafting and negotiating better provisions. We usually achieve most of them. In the process my client learns the risks associated with the provisions we are unable to improve, and is in a better position to decide whether to enter into the lease or look elsewhere for a more reasonable one .

My mission is to help clients achieve their business objectives and reduce related risks particularly in connection with the agreements they are asked to sign, to do this in a timely way while allowing them easy access to me, and to free them to focus on their strengths rather than be bogged down in legal matters.
