Left 4 Dead is an online multiplayer co-op game from Valve released on November 13, 2008 and available for PC and Xbox 360 platforms. It has been praised by majority of gaming magazines.
L4D pits Survivors of an apocalyptic pandemic against hordes of Infected (zombie-like aggressive mutants). The game has three modes: a single-player, where allies are controlled by AI, a co-op Campaign mode, where 4 Survivor players fight against the zombies, and 8 player Versus mode, where 4 additional players can control the Special Undead.

- Zombies are the best, although the fast moving Zombies of recent films and games freak me out. I'm late to the L4D craze but I have no problem with having games that others have already played and won. L4D and L4D 2 are definitely on my list of games to play.
