- Thank you Diane Buscaglia for your suggestion. I've actually used this treatment ONCE! It may work for others, but for me the combination of vinegar and honey gave me nausea, plus I have to watch my blood sugar so honey is tough for me to fit in. The vinegar has potassium, just like bananas. Others may want to give Diane's treatment a try.

- If my legs cramp. I take a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of Cider Vinegar, and a half of a glass of warm water and stir it together and drink it down quickly. The potassium in the vinegar does it. And the honey is there to be able to swallow it so fast...and the water puts it all together......it works! It REALLY works!
