- I actually did a Living Will more than 10 years ago ... but have been putting off my Last Will and Testament. It's good to know about LegalZoom as a possible resource for legal ease. Also thinking I seriously need legal help for getting that divorce settlement funds that the ex has been dragging his feet on paying.
