My Favourite Childhood Toy Was My Lego

Recently while clearing up my bedroom, I found a piece of my childhood. It was my very old Lego set! I used to build all sorts of funny stuff with it and it was really fun. Lego games back then was very much different from what we have right now. In my days, they were pretty much just normal plastic bricks of a few sizes, nothing else!

But look at what we have now!

What Does Lego Mean?

Lego is a company founded by this man Ole Kirk Christiansen back in 1932. Wow! Lego is 70 years old! It is name that is based on 2 Danish words "leg godt" which means "play well".

Why I Love Lego - And You Should Too!

Lego are one of the best toys for kids. Maybe even for adults! It is one of the few toys that allow unlimited creativity and endless ways to play. A child is free to explore and try out different ways of building something using their very own hands.

Now Lego has even come out with new and exciting Lego Games like Lego Batman, Lego Star Wars, just to name a few. I am sure these few Lego Games will make many boys ( and even big boys ) very happy this coming Christmas.

Lego Games For Boys

Interestingly, Lego used to be pretty much unisex back in my good old childhood days. Me and my brother used to share the Lego Sets that we had. We even passed them down to our youngest brother.

Now in the 21st century, Lego has pretty much up the ante and developed so much more varieties for everyone!
