You know I lived in Germany as a kid, and I grew up on Lego's (in the late 60's). I still have some left from those days. I don't think anyone in the US had a clue what they were back then, or gummi bears for that matter! You lens brings back some memories for sure.

Very useful lens! I've lost pages out of a lot of instruction manuals. I would recommend eBay in general if you want to buy a copy of the original instructions, Bricklink prices are a little high, in my opinion.

My son just got the Harry Potter Lego Castle # 5378 for Christmas 2009, but we got two sets of the 1st book of instructions. Any tips on getting 2/2 (the 2nd book of instructions)?
    Thanks!
  • kevinw1 Dec 28, 2009 @ 6:36 pm | delete
You'll want to contact LEGO customer service for this - they are very helpful and I'm sure they will happily send your missing instruction book. Look higher up on this page and there's a link you can click to go there. Since I don't know where you are in the world there's no point me trying to give you a specific phone number, but go to the www.lego.com site and you'll be able to find it quite easily. It's probably also printed on the set box, and maybe on the instructions you do have.
  • klktaerjg Jul 3, 2010 @ 10:58 am | delete
Go on Ask and type in book 2 instructions 5378 somebody will have em
