Creationary: A Legos Game to Challenge Creativity

Ready to get started with LEGO Creationary? You'll need to start by building your dice with the sides provided and set out the cards. The dice and the cards determine the level of difficulty you'll be playing at.

The pictures on the side of the dice relate to the categories on the cards. When you roll a specific category, that's what you'll build from off the card you draw. Roll the question mark and you get to pick the category you want. Roll the X2 tile and someone else chooses the category for you, but you can win double points if they guess it!

Choose to play whatever variation you want: one builder, one guesser, team play or collaborative play. It's up to you how you want to play and score the game. And once you've played it a few times, make up your own rules and change the game!

Among the reviews I read, a few suggestions for improving the game for you. One is that if you have more Lego bricks around the house, you might add a few to the pile to make it easier to build stuff. (On the other hand, too many choices might make it harder!) The other suggestion I thought made sense would be to have a timer for builder so they don't take forever to put their creation together. Consider bringing one over from another game and maybe adding in timed builds for extra points.
