LEGO Monster 4: A Legos Game to Build, Play and Change

Get started with Monster 4 by building the game board and dice. The board includes rows of light and dark gray gravestones with the goal to get four of your monsters in a row across the gravestones. The sides of the dice correspond to either color of gravestone, to white for the skeleton joker, colored to signal replacement of another monster or black to trigger the spider.

Roll the dice to determine your move, always keeping in mind the end goal of connecting four matching monsters. And don't forget to take advantage of the skeleton jokers, which serve as a wild card piece for all players.

Connect 4 is one of the original and classic games to teach kids about plotting strategy and thinking ahead. It's a simple enough game - try to create a row of four of a single color of checker - but keeping an eye on everything on the board can be tough! You can't forget those darned diagonals!

The newest version released by Hasbro is actually three games in one. Play the classic connect four, where you drop in your checkers and be the first to get four in a row; pop out, where you get four in a row by popping a checker out rather than dropping it in; and pop 10, where you keep checkers popped out of a four-in-a-row set and first to 10 wins. This set also stores the checkers inside the grid to keep them always on hand and comes with a convenient carrying handle for easy putting away or taking along to a friend's house.
