How The Way You Think can Change the way you Live

It's not your usual pep-talk stuff. See this system workin' or your money back plus a lemon as a bonus! LOL

Love Yourself

You are one in 250 million

This is very important. Think of your life as a great gift... just because it IS a great gift. You've been given this wonderful chance to live, to learn and to observe. To enjoy the simple things like the sun, the air and all the good things are there.

Think about this: 250 million spermatozoa are released each time people do THAT. Can you imagine? You were one in 250 million, and YOU were given this chance to live. Be grateful and enjoy life.

You are a wonderful and sophisticated creation capable of feeling. You have got the life. Don't waste it, celebrate it.

Hello Grumpy!

How about some food for thought?

Do you sometimes hate other people? Have you heard yourself saying, why cannot they be like me? Why cannot they act differently? Think of it that way: if you had a magic stick and you could turn all people into exact facsimiles of yourself, do you think you'd make the world a better place? Rather - a boring place. The magic in relationships of people comes from diversity. It is another great gift of the Nature that we all are so different.

Judging and criticising others can suggest only two things. You are either too arrogant or too humble. At the first glance it could be funny to just watching the people and criticising their faces, postures, clothes, habits. Haven't we all indulged in judging? You'll stop thinking it is funny after I tell you that a critic's mind-set can lead to serious diseases, weaken our sense to spot opportunities and hamper us from achieving success.

Stop being grumpy with people. Even if it's only in your thoughts. We are all living under the same ole sun, breathing the same air. Tell you what, regardless of your orientation, skin colour, social status, if I punch your nose, it will bleed in red. We're all brothers. Treat others with respect and you'll get the same back... eventually.

Duznt really matter

Forget about the past and forget about the future. Regretfully or thankfully (depends on whether you're an optimist or pessimist) you cannot control neither past nor future. Concentrate your energy and efforts on PRESENT and you'll see eventually that your future is brilliant and your past just doesn't matter at all!

Future is for dummies

Live now or you've never lived at all

Stop thinking in future tense. Stop wishing. From now on your life is working in present tense. By default you don't know exactly what the future brings. It's another law of Universe and you cannot defy it.

Forget about past. You cannot change a smallest thing in your past. So why thinking about it? Do you analyze past in order to avoid the same mistakes in the future? What future? We decided to stuff future, remember. It is present you need to care about. You cannot help your present moment by delving into the past. Live now!

A Thought can Materialize

If you invent them, they will be coming for you...

Enough of this sentimental yadda-yadda. I could tell you about all the wonderful things that your mind is hiding in its depths. However, if you are rationally predisposed at the moment, you'll just think it is some poetic rubbish.

So, back to science. I'll prove that thoughts do materialize. You must have had those moments when you think about something you need to do and then you go and it just slips from your memory.

Alas!

Next time it happens, go back to the location you thought about it, and the thing will come back to your mind. Just try it and you'll see.

Have you had those moments when you think about a person and this person appears or phones you? Or then, you talk to someone and suddenly you both start talking about the same topic or even speak the same words. Spooky!

All these are examples of thoughts being materialized and even transmitted.

So what do I want to insinuate? I'm saying that you are filling your life with negative thoughts, they keep materializing and you keep failing. If you think "I cannot do that", "I'm not good enough", "I'm too lazy, fat, thin, tall, short", you are just building a steady basement for your failures.

This is a sure-fire way to change your life. If you're clicking back or closing the window, you're a little dirty slice of a turnip!

The more we fail the more we indulge ourselves in negative thoughts and statements. But wait, here is the good news. You can easily change your situation from failure to success by stopping being stubborn and changing the way you think.

What about the Destiny? There is no Destiny.

Mr Destiny, get stuffed, Batman is my new hero!

You and only you are responsible for things that happen in your life. There are laws of Universe and you'll find that in order to achieve things you have to overcome obstacles and jump hurdles.

They are in place so that certain perks of life and certain hidden knowledge and skills are not accessible to lazy, whining bastards. I'm not suggesting good things happen only to the saints. You'll see that many millionaires are not very kind people, however, it is true that nobody can become a millionaire without this special millionaire mindset.

On the other hand, don't envy a rich-man, if he hasn't minded the three-fold law, he might as well end up being a beggar one day. As I said there are laws of the Universe. You can earn enough money but if you never give anything and never share, the money will drain away... disappear.

Oh, I must stay focused, we started talking about destiny, right? So, let's assume for a moment that you were destined to become a prince. If you take a wrong decision and commit a crime, will you still become a prince?

If you were destined to be poor, why the heck going to work? Don't go there, don't work, just hang around and sleep all day because you're destined to be poor? Rubbish. How come we got all those rugs to riches stories? Some people can overcome all hardship using their strength and faith!

You can do too!

Tip Top Tips Tops

Some practical stuff to make your life less lemon and more honey.

  • Don't judge other people. They are on different journey than you. Their task is different than yours. When it comes to other peoples' behaviour, looks, clothes, noses, legs and other parts, it's just not your business. Work to turn your weaknesses into strength and don't pay attention to what others are doing.

  • Don't envy anyone. Rejoice for the success of others. You'll soon find that such attitude attract good things in your own life.

  • Get rid of sources of negativity in your life. Just analyze yourself and ask what makes you feel bad. You might wish to get rid of friends that treat you bad, your current job, TV news hype, smoking, junk food, junk literature... Try to fill your life with people and things that make you feel comfy.

  • Straighten your posture. Remove this facial expression of a loser. Here's a big truth for you - you cannot look like a loser and wish you were a winner. It just doesn't work that way. Feel like a winner, walk like a winner and be a winner in present tense.

  • Open your channels of reception by repeating positive affirmations to yourself. This will prepare a base for success and allow you to spot opportunities.
Start by just repeating "YES" to yourself. Just say "yes" and repeat it, repeat it. You've said "no" for so many times in your life. Change!

  • Another good affirmation is "I accept myself and I respect others" - repeat it several hundred times during your day. Stop counting rabbits as you ride on a train. Repeat some affirmations.

  • Create your own affirmations but remember that they should all be in present tense. If it's a new job you're looking for, repeat "I got a new job" or "I am accepting a new job". Saying "I will have a new job" means that you will always will and never actually will :(

  • Enjoy what you're doing. If you're earning a salary, your work is important and useful. If there are things you'd enjoy more, go for it. Open your mind, be ready to accept the new opportunities now and you'll get it.

  • Remember that there are no problems, there are only opportunities. All hurdles are there not to annoy you or make feel miserable but to make you a better person and to test you. They are also there so that you could learn and gain experience. Can you become a doctor without years of excruciating education process? Can you become a real person without shifting some shit? So quit screwing around and get your hands dirty. There's an exciting world out there. It's your time to step into the brilliance. Start now.

  • Don't quit this process of changing. It can take months of positive thinking and repeating affirmations before you see the results. Just carry on! You have nothing to lose. Hey, you really haven't if you've read on this far. It's your choice. Get busy being sad or get busy having fun. Both consume the same amount of energy.
There are no dead-end streets. You can find more than one solution to EVERY tricky situation. Just stop panicking and open your mind.

  • Be thankful. Thank in advance; before you actually get the goodies! Before you go to sleep, thank the Universe or if you're religious thank your deity for another day you've spent learning, for the vast opportunities (yes, even if you don't see any at the moment) life gives you.

  • Have a good night sleep. Doze off well before the midnight to give your brain a possibility to regenerate. There's no reason for staying up late. Screw that film, I bet it's all blood and violence.

Stop screwin around

So, how about this money back deal? Forget about it, I joked! If you think all this is rubbish, go to your local green-grocer, get a nice lemon and keep adding sourness to your life and lives of those around you. No, of course I don't wish you that, however, it is only up to you what you do with your life.

Your input is appreciated

No, seriously. I care to hear from you even if you think I'm a lousy piece of jam-tart!
