When I made this lens I was thinking of the smooth, creamy American idea of pudding which is more like a custard. I didn't realize the world of lemon "pudding" I was stepping into which includes custards, steamed puddings, pudding cakes, rice puddings, and more. That's what makes creating Squidoo lenses so much fun.
