Sorry to read about broadcast ending. It happens all the time. Small nations, small groups, small languages are first to be in danger when some sort of crisis occurs. And we live in pretty harsh times right now...
    Keep the spirit!

I'm saddened to hear that that radio broadcast ended, I think it served well in helping preserve the Pandanian language and culture.
  • Padaneis Oct 24, 2011 @ 4:37 am | delete
Yes, that's an unfortunate circumstance indeed. We will try to do our best, notwithstanding.

To all readers: for some unknown reasons, some images had become unavailable for some days.
This should be fixed now. As usual, many thanks for your interest.

@ Abate & Snoopy: please just hold on a while: a Squidoo tool ("page break module") is needed and it is currently out of order. Bests
  • Snoopy Apr 12, 2011 @ 2:55 am | delete
Me too: these example are really useful to grab an understanding of the Padanian language.

    Hello,
I heard some uncontrolled rumors about the cancellation of this radio programme. Can you dismiss them please? Many thanks.
  • Padaneis Oct 15, 2010 @ 6:49 am | delete
Unfortunately I can't. Those "rumors" are correct. I am sorry about that.
Please stay tuned on this page, to see more resources about the Padanian language.
    Best regards.
  • Rattle Oct 13, 2010 @ 2:16 am | delete
Yes, definitely go on! I fully understand your speech, it seems halfway between Ladin, Romansh and Lombard. Congratulation. I too have some doubt about Lega Nord (perhaps not so definite as Bulgnais), but this seems a good initiative.
    Best regards,
  • Padaneis Oct 15, 2010 @ 6:47 am | delete
    Thanks!
    Best reagrds.
  • bulgnais Oct 3, 2010 @ 5:37 am | delete
Hi, go on with this useful initiative - it's only a good thing that the programme is not politically biased as the rest of the broadcasting: the Northern Ligue is a pest for culture in general, and for Padanian culture in particular
  • Padaneis Oct 3, 2010 @ 6:30 pm | delete
    Dear Sir,
    many thanks for your enthusiasm.
A much greater deal cultural awareness is needed by us Padanian people than we have today: this radio programme tries to cope with this issue by the linguistic side. As to this, I am sure you too acknowledge that Radio Padania Libera and the foreign section of the "Northern ligue" did a fine job.
Even if I prefer not to poach into politics stricto sensu in this page, a nation, as Padania is, should admittedly have more than one party: for example, Catalonia has many ones. In this way, Padanian people who are not comfortable with a specific party, just as in your case, could chose another one, which would be Padanian altogether.
Please feel free to contact me via private message (you'll need a squidoo account) if you wish to discuss this in a more thorough way.
    Best wishes,
    Padaneis

Great! But perhaps a little piece of information is missing: at what time is the radio programme scheduled? Many thanks.
  • Padaneis Sep 29, 2010 @ 9:05 am | delete
Thanks! Yes, that information is indeed missing. The radio programme is being currently braodcast on Sunday evening 19:30, hour of Milan. I'll integrate this in the introduction as soon as possible. Best wishes
