Google Analytics is way better than Clicky, with it's revamped UI and better stats. On top of it, it's free!

I'll have to get Clicky. I'll favorite your lens to have it handy. Thanks.

Wow! Clicky looks just ducky with all those stats -- I am constantly amazed by the stats that I see on lenses, particularly who is reading what -- that is amazing information!

This is the juicy stuff that many crave to see. It is interesting.
Another great lens to help others on Squidoo. Great info.

Interesting. I use Google Analytics for my Etsy Shop and am still trying to figure out how to add Squidoo stats to GA. Etsy provided us with the tracking ID code; don't know where to get a similar one for Squidoo. Until I can get one source to work for me, don't know if I should try and learn another one, like Clicky.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to track lenses with Google Analytics, so services like Clicky are good for tracking stats on Squidoo.

Thanks for letting me know, Fluff. No wonder I was confused :). I may now be by to check out Clicky!
  • makingamark Jan 28, 2010 @ 10:12 am | delete
So how can it handle 100+ sites (ie 100 different URLs) when the $29.99 option only allows 2 sites? Surely if you use a group URL you lose the value of the stats for individual sites?
  • thefluffanutta Jan 28, 2010 @ 10:20 am | delete
By 'sites' they mean 'domains'. With the free account you can track an unlimited number of pages (URLs) on a single domain (site), which make it ideal for tracking lenses on Squidoo.com.

Just came back to say that Clicky is wonderful! I purchased the 'blogger' package and love how easy the interface is to understand. Thanks again for sharing this info with everyone here. (:

Glad you like it! I hope it provides you with lots of useful statistics. :o)

Thanks for this great tip! I have been using Woopra but it's now out of beta phase and the basic version has very limited use for me. I'll definitely give Clicky a try (:

Thanks for sharing about this. I will check it out.

I think I'll try it fluff. I have also wonder what my real visitor count was. One visitor per week for each visitor sounds a little discouraging. 5* too.
  • dagsmith Mar 24, 2009 @ 11:36 pm | delete
Awesome - Clicky added a lot to my knowledge of my Squidoo visitors.
