Gives you an idea of how many people are interested in your lens

    The guestbook is indispensable. When your lens gets a comment you should ping it without delay, so that you may show to the online world that something different happened at your lens.

    If you can say something interesting after having this comment, you should give a nice answer to the commenter. The movement of visits and comments helps your lens have a better lensrank and attract more traffic from Google.
