Burned Out Already?
Seems I've got me the Lensbuilding Blues. A mean case of Lensmaster writer's block. After only 99 Lenses, how can this be?
It's not that I've run out of ideas, I've just run out of ideas that I want to work on right now.
After months of Lensbuilding, I'm feeling a bit burned out. Like I've lost some of my creativity.
Have I come this far just to stop one step from my goal?
Lensbuilding Blues For You, Too?
Ideas & Research
I have plenty of ideas, have done a lot of research, and I even have a lot of pictures I've taken that are related to Lenses I want to build.
As I'm writing this, I'm tossing peanuts off the back deck for the squirrels. This squirrel isn't eating one of the peanuts, he's munching on a walnut he picked himself (or herself, I'm not good at telling boy squirrels from girl squirrels).
I was thinking of doing a Lens about planting your own wild flowers, these came out pretty well... are they truly wild if they were planted?
I have these Touch Me Not flowers (aka Orange Jewelweed)...
The hummingbirds like them. My camera isn't fast enough to take very good pictures of them, but I tried, anyway.
It's Fall now, and I've been taking seasonal pictures like this one of a bush filled with berries. I'm not really sure where I'm going with this, I just noticed the bush, and decided I should take a picture.
It only looks like this for a short time each year, and I never know when I may want pictures of it.
Still, if I'm burned out, or have a case of writer's block, then none of this material will do me any good.
At least not right now...

I May Have An Idea Now!

I still can't decide if it's burnout or writer's block, perhaps a bit of both, but I do think I've come up with a short-term solution...
