 I live in Manchester UK with my fella and our soppy dog Max, a demented budgie called Jesse and some fish!

We are into keep fit in a big way and for that reason dont own a car, just two moutain bikes that take us most everywhere we need to go.  Max is full trained to run beside us on the pavement...
