About Me

Regina Cashman is a Medical Psychotherapist and ADD Coach  in private practice  for over 25 years. With degrees in Social Work, Psychology and Sociology, Regina credits her  family and friends for giving her  the best ADD Training  that exists. 

ADD is present in every generation of Regina's family, from  immediate to extended family members. Regina married into another family riddled with ADD, most of her closest friends and their families have ADD and so it seemed inevitable, that Regina would choose a career specializing in Attention Differences. Regina's life has been surrounded by this condition and she insists she wouldn't have it any other way.
