Mike began his career in the treatment field nearly twenty years ago as a counselor, providing direct care to substance abuse clients. Mike also worked as Director of Admissions, Director of Utilization Review and Director of Marketing before serving as the Chief Operating Officer for over ten years at a treatment center that grew from ten clients to over one hundred and twenty clients during his tenure.

Mike has experience at every level of service in the field and he understands how all functions and departments need to interact in order for a program to be successful. Mike has designed and implemented systems ranging from direct clinical care, to advocacy for clients treatment, holding insurance companies accountable for the cost of providing care. Mike works directly with families, putting them at ease when they are experiencing truly frightening circumstances and fighting for their lives, or the lives of their loved ones.
