My full name is Alejandro A. LeMon, but you can call me Alex or Alexander. My professional experience includes assisting children and adults with persistent mental illness and providing short-term solution-focused therapy to service members stationed overseas.

Throughout my practice I have helped people improve their lives and relationships.

Within the domain of organizational consultation, I also collaborated with not-for-profit faith based organizations to offer leadership development for teams of managers and directors and identify organizational challenges and solutions.
