- If this makes any sense, I'm "kind of interested" in going vegan. What this really means is that I am interested, but I have a hard-core meat-eating husband :) We have made the transition to becoming more conscientious about where our meat comes from (we buy less of it, and buy local directly from a farm). I look forward to reading more!
