- Hi Ann-Marie. Thanks for the sweet note on my bio page. My DIL is a special lady and she spent the whole year she was planning their wedding working on the cross-stitch samplers for me, her mom, and 2 sisters and her about-to-be new sister-in-law. Don't know how she found the time, but she's a very talented girl. She's given up cross stitch for now in favor of quilting and makes adorable quilted purses - when she isn't working, tending house, taking care of my son (her hubby) and their son (my 8-year-old grandson) :). I'm glad I found your cross stitch lens and enjoyed the history lesson of those old museum pieces. So glad those were preserved. Looking forward to more lenses from you :)
