Hi, My name is Jacky Tustain and I am a Life Coach based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, England. I've spent many years searching for a label that described what I love to do - help people see their lives in a more positive way, work out what they really want or need and then guide them on their path to bring about the change they want in their life.

Why BeCanDo? That is the way I believe in living my life, with a 'can do' attitude, and that is the attitude I encourage in my clients so that they can achieve what they want, without holding themselves back.

As well as being a trained Life Coach I am a real life very busy working mum of four sons aged from baby to teenager who like to test me all the time.

Before I formally trained in Life Coaching I spent many years in a corporate environment working with people, getting the best out of them, solving problems, managing and completing projects. With all my commitments I have to be good at time management, personal organisation and planning.
