Hello world. I'm an almost 58-year-old California woman who shares her world with a 13-year-old pittie mix. Over the years, Sara (the dog) has gone from Princess to Queen to Empress to Goddess and I have become the Temple Attendant. In addition to spending time at work, I love to read, cook and sew. Potlucks give me an outlet for my need to cook. My latest adventures are around developing recipes.

- Hi, and welcome to Squidoo. Enjoyed your comments about Ethiopian food. On my lens on Vegetarian Food, there is a recipe for Alidja which you could try. Instead of beans, use cabbage. (just realized I left out the jalapeno option, which I personally love with the vegs!)
