About Me

Hi there -

I live in a small community in Maine with my husband and 6 year old German Shorthaired Pointer. We are privileged to observe wildlife as they pass through our little piece of 'heaven'. 

I love to:

Sit by an open fire with a hot cup of tea, enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.

Take walks in the woods.

Snow shoe

Crochet and some knitting

Photograph and video tape the wildlife, birds and nature around me.

I enjoy video taping and photographing the wildlife, birds and nature in my Maine backyard.  Thanks to cafepress I have been able to take some of these photos and create unique gifts for the whole family.

Maine Wild Turkeys

Wild turkeys are frequent visitors to my Maine backyard.  Over the years we have observed some pretty comical actions by them. Did you know? Wild turkeys can run at speeds up to 25mph. Wild turkeys can fly at speeds up to 55mph.
