Well, I enjoy reading and applying what I learn to my own life. I believe in keeping myself balanced physically, mentally and emotionally; and in sharing this information with others.

Professionally I have spent many years in the teaching profession. Helping students achieve their goals and encouraging parents through the challenging teen years. As a mother of three boys I certainly had lots of first hand experience!
